How to Coach your new customer during their 1st 30 days
It is imperative that you support your new customer during their first 30 days. In fact, we would go as far as to say this is the most important thing you can do! Use Goal Diggers to help you ensure their questions are answered and they feel supported.
1. After enroll send this message either my messenger, text or email.
Hey _____ I am so excited for you to get started! Here are a few things you can do while you wait for you box. One, head over to ampedlife.org and click on TRANSFORM YOUR HEALTH. Start to work your way through those first 3 videos so that you are ready to hit the ground running when your box arrives. Two, download the IsaLife APP using the username ___________________ and password ABC12345!. Be sure to enroll in the IsaBody Challenge through the app. This is a non negotiable. Finally, call me when you get your box.
2. Do and "Open the Box" call:
In goal diggers, tag them in the #OpenTheBox video and the hop on a quick 10 minute call to simply walk them through the products in their box. Explain a simple shake day and cleanse day. Ask them when they are planning to cleanse so that you can support them through their first cleanse day.
3. Use the Goal Diggers page to tag them throughout the month to help keep them on track. Use the following guideline and #s. (pro tip: get a planner and chart out your customers schedule so you can adequately keep track)

Day 6: phone call to check in (Call your customer and check in on them. Ask what they are loving about their journey so far)

Day 21 - Call your customer to discuss month 1 progress and plan month 2 goals and walk them threw their lifestlye rewards
Day 25: #Rewards post that is pinned at the top of the page. (We absolutely love showing our customers how to at least eat for free - when they say YES to that, refer them to ampedlife.org and tell them to click on Amplify Your Opportunity)
Day 30: Celebrate them with a post in Goal Diggers asking them to tell the group their WINS.
